CANCELLATION POLICY
💖 KNOW BEFORE YOU GO 💖 💫 PLEASE NOTE - ATH does NOT offer lightening, highlighting or lifting services over box/at home color, if box or at home color is found at the time of the appointment ATH reserves the right to cancel your appointment & refer you out to a color correction specialist. 💫 Only the guest receiving the service is permitted in the suite during the appointment (no additional guests), there is a waiting area if needed 💫 Children are not permitted in the suites during the appointment 💫 All guests must be 20 or older to receive services ✨ Cancellation Policy ✨ When you book, that time is intentionally reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice so I can offer that time to another guest. Appointments canceled within 24 hours, rescheduled last-minute, or missed entirely will incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service. Color services and longer appointments may require a deposit to reserve your spot, which will be applied to your final total. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of late cancellations or no-shows. If you’re running late, please let me know! After 15 minutes, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment.
